Excellent location with all amenities within walking distance; the parking is literally ideal; the front desk service is perfect, including morning coffee. Apartment 132/2 was clean, tidy, and reasonably equipped. For our family of 2+2, it was a great base for our fall vacation at Lipno. Enjoy it too ;)

Apartment 123/2 A beautiful, clean, tastefully and modernly furnished apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. We really liked the location—there are restaurants, cafes, shops, and the beach just a short walk from the apartment. In case of bad weather, there’s a pool, Hopsárium, and the Butterfly House just around the corner. There’s plenty to do in the area, such as the Treetop Walk, the Forest Kingdom, boat tours, and much more. I definitely recommend it!!!

Perfect location, with everything within easy reach: restaurants, activities, the beach. The apartment was beautiful, new, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend it.

The accommodations were fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Everything is clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. There’s a crib and a high chair for a small child. If you want to cook something, there’s a fully equipped kitchen; if you’d rather relax, there’s a pizzeria or steakhouse just a few meters from the door. It’s just a two-minute walk to the waterfront promenade. The apartment is conveniently located. Everything is within walking distance and close at hand (store, pharmacy, restaurants, mailbox, information center...).

We spent our family vacation at Villa Gamma. Everything was perfect; the accommodations met our expectations, everything looked just like the photos, it was spotless, and the pool was a nice bonus during our stay.Thank you very much to Ms. Krestanová for her excellent service. The villa is ideal for families with children and offers complete privacy. We’ll definitely be back next year. J. Chudacek

It was really lovely. We stayed for three days in very well-maintained, clean apartments. Everything was thought through down to the smallest detail. Just a few steps from the beach, which is also clean. We’re simply thrilled. Thank you!
