This wheelchair-accessible ground-floor apartment is located near the Lipno beach in the Riviera complex and can accommodate up to 7 people.
The apartment features a living room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms with ample storage space. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic stovetop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, and electric kettle. 1st bedroom has a double bed, while 2st bedroom has a bunk bed and a separate third bed. The living room features a comfortable sofa that can serve as an extra bed. From the living room, French doors lead out to the ground-floor, unfenced terrace/garden of the complex, where you can relax and enjoy a barbecue (charcoal grill). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. A storage locker in the building’s basement is available for storing bicycles and skis. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels. Parking is available in the central parking lot on the property.
The apartment is non-smoking; pets are allowed.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 22 to 8:00 a.m.
