The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cookware, an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), and an electric kettle. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with a double bed and a desk. An interior staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where the second bedroom with a double bed is located. The upstairs bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower and a toilet. This bedroom is also equipped with an air conditioning unit. Both bedrooms offer ample storage space and room for travel cribs. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for one additional person. The bathroom on the lower level, adjacent to the living room, is equipped with a bathtub; the toilet is separate. The apartment’s entryway is spacious and offers ample storage space in the closets. A washing machine and clothes dryer are available. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet access and a TV with a standard package of common TV channels and radio stations. The apartment is equipped with exterior blinds that provide a high degree of shading. The apartment is partially wheelchair-accessible (from the entrance to the apartment building up to the 1st floor and the 1st bedroom). An elevator is available in the building. For storing bicycles and skis, the apartment has its own 2.3 m² storage room in the building’s basement, accessible both by elevator and via a private direct exit to the ground level. Parking in front of the apartment building is free. The apartment includes a parking space in the garage for one vehicle, available at no extra charge. Guests can visit the nearby “Korzo Coffee and Wine” café, which also serves breakfast. Transportation to the ski resort is provided by the SkiBus—the SkiBus stop is located right next to the Korzo apartment complex. A bus stop is located at 300 m, and the train station is at 1 km.
