This beautiful duplex apartment, located right next to Lipno Beach and the bike path, is situated on the 1nd floor of a villa in the Riviera complex and can accommodate up to 7 people. This cozy apartment is furnished in a modern, light style. The apartment features a spacious living room with access to a generous terrace, which offers a magnificent view of Lake Lipno while ensuring privacy. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, and an electric grill. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, a Nespresso Inissia capsule coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. A spiral staircase, equipped with a child safety gate, leads from the living room to the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms with a total of four beds. The larger bedroom, with a unique view of the lake, has a double bed and a single bed; 2. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A travel crib, which is available, can be placed in the master bedroom. For older children, a foldable bed rail is also available to prevent them from falling out of bed. The living room features a modern sofa bed that can serve as an extra bed for up to 2 people. Upstairs is a bathroom with a shower and toilet; a hair dryer is also available for guests. On the ground floor, there is an additional separate toilet with a sink. The apartment offers Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels. Bicycles, skis, and other sports equipment can be stored in a private, lockable basement storage unit belonging to the apartment, located in the building’s basement. Even when occupied by seven people, there is ample storage space and room for dining together (an extendable dining table) for all guests. Parking for one vehicle is available in the central parking lot on the premises.

Only an electric grill may be used for barbecuing.

The apartment is non-smoking, and small pets (up to approx. 12 kg) are allowed.
