It is located in a quiet area of the new Malé Lipno resort in the village of Černá v Pošumaví, away from the village’s bustling tourist center. The resort, set amidst nature, consists of 8 smaller apartment buildings, 50 m, near a small boat dock and the entrance to Lake Lipno. The apartments come with a basement storage unit and a parking space in the garage. All local amenities are within a short walking distance (ATM 100 m, Restaurant 150 m, COOP grocery store 200 m, the famous Windy Point beach 1,7 km). 8 km from Horní Planá, 19 km from Lipno nad Vltavou, and 21 km from Český Krumlov. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for one family (4 people, or 5 people by arrangement). From the entryway, you enter the living room, which is open to the kitchen and features a large sofa set, a SMART TV, and a bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, dishwasher, combination electric oven with microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary cookware and dishes. The living room opens onto a terrace with seating and barbecue facilities (charcoal grill), offering a magnificent view of the small boat marina in the bay and Lake Lipno. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed (180x200 cm), two bathrooms with shower stalls, and two toilets. There is ample storage space in the bedrooms. There is room to set up a travel crib. In the living room, the sofa can serve as an extra bed for a fifth person (however, the sofa does not fold out). A washing machine is available in the apartment. A storage locker in the basement is available for bicycles and sports equipment. The apartment includes a spacious garage parking space (which can accommodate up to 2 cars).
