Moon River 2 House

A beautiful, spacious house with a garden, featuring a layout of 4+kk and a floor area of 150 m², located in Lojzovy Paseky near Frymburk, with a maximum capacity of 6 - 8 people. The house is situated in a quiet and picturesque location near the forest with a view of Lake Lipno, a 7-minute drive from the center of Frymburk and all amenities. The layout of the house is designed for one or two families with children. The house is wheelchair-accessible and consists of a single story. The entrance hall leads to a hallway that opens into a spacious and well-lit living room with a wood-burning stove, a spacious sofa, and a solid oak dining table that seats 8 people, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen. Guests have access to, among other things, an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, an American-style refrigerator with an ice maker and slush maker, a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), a kettle, a toaster, and a toaster oven, as well as all necessary dishes and kitchen utensils. The living area opens onto a very spacious terrace with views of Lake Lipno, meadows, and the forest. Adjacent to the living room on one side is the master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the other side of the house are two additional bedrooms; one is furnished as a children’s room with a spacious bunk bed and a desk. The third bedroom has two single beds. These bedrooms share a second bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and separate toilet. The spacious sofa bed in the living room can serve as an extra bed for the 7th and 8th guests. Each bedroom has wardrobes and ample storage space. A travel crib (including a soft mattress), which is available free of charge in the house, can be placed in the master bedroom, as can a high chair. During construction, emphasis was placed on craftsmanship and the quality of the materials used. The house is heated by a heat pump, equipped with underfloor heating, and features a water purifier. A TV with a basic channel package is available, and high-speed Wi-Fi is a given. A washing machine and clothes dryer are also provided. The terrace features comfortable patio furniture and an electric grill.

Parking spaces are available right next to the house.
