This spacious villa is located on a hill in the quiet village of Slupečná, just a short distance from the center of Lipno nad Vltavou. The villa offers plenty of space and privacy; it is suitable for several families, accommodating up to 10 people, and features an impressive layout:

- The house is situated on one of the most beautiful private plots in the entire Lipno area; the large terrace and expansive southwestern-facing garden offer a magnificent view of Lake Lipno

- There is a heated pool measuring 8x4m, with a depth of 1,5 m and the option to cover it

- The pool is open from 1.6 to 30.9.

- The house features a combined Finnish and infrared sauna

- Your stay doesn’t have to be just about relaxation; on the ground floor of the house, there is a separate study with a large desk and a bookshelf

- Although surrounded by greenery, the house is within easy walking distance of the center of Lipno (approx. 10 min.)

The sun-filled living room, featuring a wood-burning stove and comfortable seating, opens onto a dining area with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a pantry. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer (there is an additional separate freezer in the pantry), an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a capsule coffee maker, and other essential appliances for comfortable cooking. From the living room, French doors lead out to a spacious terrace furnished with garden furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a charcoal grill. The terrace opens onto a large fenced-in garden. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a sauna and a shower stall. The ground-floor toilet is separate. On the 1nd floor, there is 4 bedroom. The 1nd bedroom features a double bed and a single bed. Adjacent to this bedroom is a large built-in closet with ample storage space. The bedroom has its own (second) bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The 2 bedroom has a double bed, and the 3 bedroom has a double bed and a wooden crib. The last, 4, bedroom has three separate beds. These bedrooms share a (third) bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. There is plenty of space in the bedrooms to accommodate additional cribs. A travel crib and high chair are available (included in the price). A washing machine is located in the small utility room behind the kitchen. The garage can be used to store bicycles and sports equipment, but it cannot be used for parking. The house has Wi-Fi internet access and a TV with satellite channels.

There are three parking spaces on the private property in front of the house.

The villa is non-smoking, and pets are allowed.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Quiet hours are from 22 to 8:00 a.m.
