The ground floor features a spacious living room that opens onto an open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic stovetop, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a kettle. On the 1nd floor are 2 spacious bedrooms. The 1th bedroom, which has a balcony (facing southwest), features a double bed, while the 2th bedroom has two sofa beds. There is plenty of space in the bedrooms to set up a travel crib, which is also available. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. On the ground floor, there is a separate toilet and a shower stall. The kitchen opens onto a fenced-in garden with seating, lounge chairs, and a charcoal grill. On the ground floor, there is a utility room ideal for storing bicycles and sports equipment. The house has Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels. The house is not equipped with a washing machine. Parking is available in front of the house.
The apartment is non-smoking; pets are allowed.
Parties and events are not permitted.
