Accommodation Information
The apartment is located on the 1nd floor of a new apartment building in the Korzo complex. It is near a pedestrian promenade with shops, restaurants, and cafés, within walking distance of 8 and just a few minutes from Lipno Beach, and can accommodate up to 7 people. The southwest-facing living room opens onto a spacious balcony with seating (4 smaller folding chairs, 2 comfortable folding armchairs, 2 smaller tables) and views of the surrounding area and, partially, Lake Lipno. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, capsule coffee maker, and electric kettle. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with a double bed, separated by sliding glass doors. Stairs lead from the living room to the upper floor, where there is an open bedroom with a double bed plus an additional single bed, a desk, and wardrobes. Both bedrooms have enough space to accommodate travel cribs. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for one or two people 2. The bathroom is equipped with a shower; the toilet is a separate room. The apartment’s entryway offers ample storage space, and a washing machine is available. The apartment offers Wi-Fi internet access and a TV with satellite channels. The apartment has its own storage room in the building’s basement for storing bicycles and skis. Parking in front of the apartment building is free, and the number of parking spaces is unlimited. Guests can visit the nearby “Korzo Coffee and Wine” café, which also serves breakfast. Transportation to the ski resort is provided by the SkiBus—the SkiBus stop is located right next to the Korzo apartment complex.
Barbecuing on the terrace is not permitted; for dining options, please visit the nearby restaurants.
The apartment is air-conditioned. The air conditioning unit is installed in the attic, specifically in the upper bedroom area, which is an open space shared with the living room and kitchen.
The apartment is non-smoking; pets are allowed.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 22 to 8:00 a.m.
