The apartment is located on the 1nd floor in the Doky complex, 5 min. from Lipno Beach and the pedestrian promenade with shops, restaurants, and cafés, and can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room, which includes a kitchen and dining area, faces southwest. The living room opens onto a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. The terrace offers a view of Lake Lipno and the complex’s garden, which features a private heated outdoor pool and a children’s wading pool (use is included in the price). An electric grill is available on the terrace. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer drawer, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bathtub, and washing machine. The toilet is separate. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet access and a TV with satellite channels. The apartment has its own storage space upstairs for bicycles, skis, and strollers. Parking is available in the private parking lot in front of the apartment. The outdoor pool is open in June, July, and August.
The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are allowed.
Barbecuing on the terrace is permitted (electric grills only).
Parties and events are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 22 to 8:00 a.m.
