This beautiful, unique apartment with a stunning view of Lake Lipno and a small sauna is located on the 2nd floor of a villa in the Riviera complex, right next to Lipno Beach and the bike path. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a large dining table. The adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and electric kettle. From the living room, you can step out onto a small balcony offering a beautiful view of Lake Lipno.  Garden furniture is available on the terrace, and guests may use the electric grill. The apartment has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located next to the living room and each has a double bed. One of these bedrooms features a small sauna. Steep stairs lead from the living room to the attic, where the third large bedroom is located, furnished with four single beds. The apartment features2nd a bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet. A crib and a high chair are available. A storage locker in the building’s basement is provided for storing bicycles and skis. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels. Parking is available in the central parking lot on the premises.
