This beautiful, bright, and wheelchair-accessible apartment with a large terrace is located right on the beach and next to the bike path on the ground floor of a villa complex in the Riviera resort.

The living room and terrace offer a magnificent view of Lake Lipno. From the hallway, you enter a spacious living room, which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and electric kettle. From the living room, French doors lead out to the terrace/garden, which features comfortable seating and a charcoal grill. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (the bunk bed is suitable for children weighing up to 50 kg per bed). The living room features a large, comfortable sofa bed that can serve as an extra bed for up to two people. There are wardrobes in the entryway. The bathroom has a shower stall and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. A crib and a high chair are available. Bicycles and skis can be stored in a basement storage locker or in the shared bike storage room in the building’s basement. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels. Parking is available in the central parking lot on the premises.  

The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
