This beautiful and spacious apartment with a large terrace in the “1.patře” villa complex in the Riviera resort is located right on the beach and next to a bike path, and can accommodate up to 8 people. It will be especially appreciated by families with children or groups of friends who want to enjoy an active vacation while having all the comforts and conveniences within easy reach.

From the living room, which features a comfortable sofa and a large dining table, you can step out onto a spacious terrace offering a magnificent view of Lake Lipno. The terrace is equipped with patio furniture, a parasol, and a gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The apartment has three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two twin beds). The pull-out sofa in the living room can serve as an extra bed for two people. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a toilet. There is a second separate toilet in the hallway. A travel crib and a high chair are available. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels. A shared bike and ski storage room is available for storing bicycles and skis. Parking is available in front of the building in the complex’s parking lot.

The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are allowed.
