This beautiful and spacious apartment with a large terrace is located right on the beach and next to the bike path at 1.patře in the Riviera complex and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is especially ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

From the sun-drenched living room, featuring a comfortable sofa and a large dining table, you step out onto a large terrace offering a magnificent view of Lake Lipno. The terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a parasol. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, drip coffee maker, and electric kettle. The apartment has three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two twin beds). The pull-out sofa in the living room can serve as an extra bed for two people. The apartment features a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a toilet. There is a second separate toilet in the hallway. A travel crib and a high chair are available. Barbecues are not permitted on the terrace.  A shared bike and ski storage room is available for storing bicycles and skis. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels. Parking is available in the central parking lot on the premises. 

The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are allowed.

Barbecuing on the terrace is not permitted; please visit nearby restaurants for dining.

Parties and events are not permitted.
