From the airy and sun-filled living room and the covered terrace with seating, there is a peaceful view of the greenery and the water surface of the Lipno Dam. The kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable cooking and dining. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage space. One bedroom also includes a pull-out sofa that can serve as an extra bed for 2 people. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower stalls and a private sauna; one of the bathrooms is accessible directly from a bedroom. The apartment features an elegant design and high-quality materials. The apartment comes with one reserved covered parking space; additional parking is available approximately 50 m from the apartment. The apartment does not have a basement, but bicycles and sports equipment can be stored in the entryway.
The Lipno Port Apartments complex is located near the Lipno Dam and offers privacy and tranquility despite its proximity to the center of Lipno, the beach, and the bike path.
