This modern and sun-filled apartment, measuring 100 m2, is located on the top floor of an apartment building. With its designer interior, private sauna, and terrace, it will be especially appreciated by guests who value a luxurious, comfortable, and peaceful vacation. The apartment was completed in the spring of 2021, is furnished with beautiful furniture, and offers a high standard of accommodations. The living room, with its high ceiling and exposed wooden beams, features a TV (with access to Netflix using the guest’s login credentials) and a comfortable sofa set, and is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a dining table for 6 people. The living room opens onto a terrace with seating and a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery and Lipno Dam. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, each fitted with luxurious Magniflex health mattresses. One of the bedrooms features a fold-out armchair that measures 200 x 80 cm when unfolded and serves as a 5 bed. The bedrooms offer ample storage space. The apartment features 2 bathrooms with a sink and shower stall, one of which is accessible from the bedroom. There is also a sauna that can accommodate up to 4 people. You will receive the access code to start the sauna along with the apartment keys. The apartment features an aesthetic design and high-quality materials. The apartment has its own entrance via an outdoor staircase. The built-in closet in the entryway contains a washer-dryer combo and a clothes drying rack; you can also use an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, and a vacuum cleaner.
The Lipno Port Apartments complex is located near the Lipno Dam and offers privacy and tranquility despite its proximity to the center of Lipno nad Vltavou, the beach, and the bike path (approx. 5 minutes).
A key advantage of the apartment is its spacious garage—in addition to parking your car, you can store bicycles and charge electric bikes. In winter, you can store skis or dry your ski boots.
The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 22 to 8:00 a.m.
Barbecuing on the terrace is not permitted; for dining, please visit one of the nearby restaurants.
