This modern and sun-filled 100 m² apartment, which can accommodate up to 7 people, is located on the first floor of an apartment building and features a private sauna, a terrace, and a perfectly coordinated interior designed by an interior architect—a space that will be especially appreciated by larger families. In this apartment, you’ll experience a blend of comfort and luxury. Completed in the spring of 2021, the apartment is furnished with high-quality custom-made furniture and blackout curtains, offering a high standard of accommodation. The living room features a corner sofa bed and is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker for ground coffee, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker—for making sandwiches, waffles, and small grilled items, and a hand blender) and a large dining table. The apartment has two bedrooms.  The master bedroom features a 160x200 cm double bed with mattresses fitted with Kristallblau antibacterial covers; the pillows are hypoallergenic and suitable for people with allergies. The bedroom includes a separate bathroom with a toilet and a shower stall. The second (children’s) bedroom is furnished with two 80x200 cm beds; the lower bed can be converted into a full-size bed (at the same level) for an additional person. This bedroom also features a desk for two people. The room includes a 43-inch LCD Smart TV with YouTube access, as well as the option to connect a USB drive or a gaming console (HDMI). Both bedrooms offer ample storage space. The sofa in the living room unfolds into a 140x210 cm bed and can serve as a comfortable sleeping area for two additional people. Guests have access to a 65-inch LCD smart TV with Czech, Austrian, and German channels, YouTube, and the option to connect a USB drive or game console (HDMI). The living room features a state-of-the-art ceiling-mounted sound system. You can stream music wirelessly (play music from your cell phone) via music services such as Spotify, Apple Music, TuneIn, TIDAL, internet radio stations, etc. The player is compatible with AirPlay and Android. The hallway leads to a second bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and private sauna. A safe is available for guests, and all rooms offer ample storage space. The living room opens onto a 10-square-meter terrace with patio furniture and a beautiful view of the greenery, as well as a partial view of the reservoir. The built-in closet in the entryway contains a washing machine, and a clothes drying rack is available. You can also use an iron, an ironing board, two hair dryers, and a vacuum cleaner. The apartment has its own entrance via an outdoor staircase and is equipped with a Jablotron electronic security system (EZS). Parking is available in a reserved covered parking space in the basement of the apartment building; a central parking lot is also available at 50 m.

The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

The Lipno Port Apartments complex is located about 100 m—roughly a 2-minute walk—from the Lipno Dam and offers privacy and tranquility despite its proximity to the center of Lipno nad Vltavou, the beach, and the bike path.
