Thanks to its location on the top floor of the apartment building, it offers every comfort, privacy, and a magnificent view of the Riviera complex and Lake Lipno.

The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa and a large dining table; the adjoining kitchen is equipped with everything you need for comfortable cooking and dining. Of course, it includes a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a combination oven with a microwave, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. The apartment has two bedrooms; one has a double bed and a single bed, while the other has two single beds and a desk. In the living room, you can use the pull-out sofa as an extra bed for 2 people. Both bedrooms have space for a travel crib. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet access and a TV with satellite channels. The apartment has its own basement storage room for bicycles, skis, and strollers. Parking is available in the private parking lot in front of the apartment.

The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Barbecuing on the terrace is not permitted (an electric grill may be used instead).
