This townhouse with a garden and all the amenities is located on a quiet street behind the main pedestrian promenade in Lipno nad Vltavou and can accommodate up to 8 people. The ground floor features a spacious living room, which opens onto an open-concept kitchen with bar seating and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic stovetop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and an electric kettle. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. On the 1nd floor are 3 spacious bedrooms. 1th bedroom with a balcony (southwest-facing) has a double bed and a bunk bed; 2th bedroom has a double bed; and 3 small bedroom has a bunk bed (this bedroom is suitable for children due to its size).  The two larger bedrooms have enough space to accommodate a travel crib, which is also available. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub, sink, and toilet. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen opens onto a fenced-in garden with a covered seating area (pergola) and a charcoal grill. On the ground floor, there is a utility room ideal for storing bicycles and sports equipment. A washing machine is available. The house has Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels. Parking is available in front of the house.

The apartment is non-smoking; pets are allowed.
