This beautiful and spacious apartment with a balcony/terrace on the 2nd floor of a villa complex in the Riviera resort is located right on the beach and next to a bike path, and can accommodate up to 8 people. It will be especially appreciated by families with children or groups of friends who want to enjoy an active vacation while having all the comforts and conveniences within easy reach. From the living room, which features a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a dining table, you can step out onto the balcony/terrace, which offers a magnificent view of Lake Lipno. The balcony/terrace is equipped with patio furniture, a beach umbrella, and a mini charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules), electric kettle, sandwich maker, toaster, and all necessary cookware. The apartment has three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two twin beds, though the beds can be moved together). The pull-out sofa (120x200 cm) in the living room can serve as an extra bed for one to two people. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower; there is a separate toilet in the hallway. A travel crib and a high chair are available. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels. A storage locker in the adjacent building (approx. 30 m from the apartment) is available for storing bicycles and skis. Parking is available in front of the building in the complex’s parking lot.
