This comfortable, newly furnished 100-square-meter apartment on the first floor of an apartment building, featuring a private sauna, is ideal for families of six to eight people. The living room features a comfortable sofa set and a large wooden dining table, and is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art BOSCH appliances (large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric induction cooktop, electric oven, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules), electric kettle, sandwich maker, and electric grill). The apartment has two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a spacious 200x200 cm double bed with a high-quality Tempur medical-grade mattress. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and a bunk bed for two people. This bedroom includes a separate bathroom with a toilet and a shower stall. Both bedrooms offer ample storage space. The sofa in the living room converts into a 140x200cm bed and can serve as a comfortable sleeping area for two additional people. A travel crib, available free of charge in the apartment, can be placed in either bedroom. The hallway leads to a second bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and a private electric sauna. The living room opens onto a 10m² terrace with patio furniture and a pleasant view of the greenery. In the apartment’s entryway, there is space to store bicycles and strollers on wooden shelves. The apartment is equipped with a washer-dryer and a clothes drying rack. You can also use an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and vacuum cleaner. The apartment has its own entrance via an outdoor staircase. Parking is available in a reserved, covered parking space in the basement of the apartment building; a central parking lot is also available at 50 m.
